400 sf two-room apartment with satellite, wireless internet, fridge, freezer, 2 couches, 2 full sized bunk beds, mud room. Five - 12x12 stalls available for travelers with horses and round pen and pasture for turn out/exercise. Room is $125 per night for 4 and $10 for each additional person up to 8. Weekly rates are available and discounts for parties less than 4. It is $10 per night per horse and that includes feed, hay and water in a fresh stall.
